A direct shuttle bus from Chuo Ward, Tokyo to Villa Motosu runs every day.

Nihombashi (depart at 8:30 AM) → Tsukishima (8:55 AM) → Kyobashi (9:20 AM) → Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit (9:40 AM) → (Chuo Highway: 15 minute rest) → Kawaguchi Lake (pass by at 11:50 AM) → Villa Motosu (arrive at 12:10 PM)

Shinjuku → Kawaguchi Lake (Local Bus) → Motosu Entrance (* 20 minute walk) Travel time: approximately 3 hours

Residents of Chuo Ward, Tokyo

We accept lottery applications three months in advance of the month in which you wish to stay.

Applying by internet
Please apply by 11:00 PM on the 14th of the month, three months in advance of the month in which you wish to stay. "Chuo Ward Reservation Site" (Japanese only) You may apply for up to three preferences in the same month. Drawings are held on the 16th of every month. Notification of the results is by postcard. For applications by internet, you will be notified by email, but the postcard sent afterward will be the official confirmation.

Applying by postcard
Please send the postcard to Villa Motosu so that it will arrive by the 14th of the month 3 months prior to the month in which you wish to stay.

Non-residents of Chuo Ward Tokyo

We accept applications by telephone to the front desk of Villa Motosu. Applications are available between the 20th of the month 3 months prior to your stay and the day before you wish to stay.

Notes
Please contact Villa Motosu if you wish to change or cancel your stay.
A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 2 days prior to your planned arrival date.
The cancellation fee is equivalent to 60% of the meal fee.
